Context & contribution

I joined Playermon as a blockchain developer, completed the smart contract, and led the token-sale promotion campaign before becoming CEO around September 2021. During my 2021–2025 chapter, the studio grew to more than 60 people at its peak. The work spanned a Polygon NFT marketplace, game experiences, and a Telegram mini-app.

  • Completed the smart contract and led the token-sale promotion campaign before taking on the CEO role around September 2021.
  • Led the studio through delivery of the NFT marketplace, SpaceDen, Anchorland, and Battlefield.
  • Oversaw Space Invasion and its later Telegram mini-app port.
  • The team shipped Razortooth AI, an in-house agent that interacted with the community and monitored its Telegram group.

The judgment I carry forward

A product team needs a reason to keep serving users beyond a market cycle. The experience sharpened my attention to the difference between a shipped feature, an incentive-driven audience, and a durable business model.

Outcome and scope

The studio shipped multiple products during my 2021–2025 tenure. Playermon was acquired; this account concerns the work delivered during that period.

My time at Playermon spanned 2021–2025; I became CEO around September 2021. What Playermon became after the handover is their chapter, not mine. The archive links below describe historical work; they are not an endorsement of subsequent activity. Razortooth is an example of shipped community AI, not evidence of a production multi-agent custody system.
